Who I Am

I am a multifaceted leader who is passionate about helping women thrive in the workplace, in their businesses, and the world. I strive to cultivate purpose driven leaders who create spaces for women to be successful and provide value to the world and those they serve. I am a mother, wife, author, human resource leader and career and executive coach dedicated to helping women find their purpose, establish their presence, and stand in their power to create impact and build a legacy through leadership. Using my comprehensive coaching framework, I help women:

  • unlock their greatest strengths,

  • unleash their superpowers,

  • see how they can live, learn, and lead with intention and without barriers.

What I Do

Helping people and businesses be the best they can is what I’ve done my entire career. Over the past 20 years as a human resources leader and executive, I’ve helped international organizations design and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Because this is what I love, I have also held a variety of roles through service, including chair of the Community Advisory Board of Wonder Women Tech, Director of People Operations for the Black Doctoral Network (BDN) and board member of the Yonkers Family YMCA.

In 2017 I founded Capital Conscious U LLC (CCU), a coaching and  leadership development firm focused on helping women discover their purpose and unleash their superpowers to lead lives, careers, and businesses with intention and without condition. CCU provides leadership and executive coaching and training that helps women show up authentically for themselves, their organizations and businesses in ways that maximize their contributions, impact, and value to those they lead.

How I am Called to Serve

My firm belief is that everyone can find, live, and work in their purpose, and be successful. They just need the right support, encouragement and space to allow them to do so.

I am passionate about helping women thrive in the workplace, in their businesses, and the world. Being a mentor and sponsor has been two of the most rewarding roles I have been blessed to have and seek to be of service to women who with a bit of guidance and can make a world of change.  My work as a member, speaker and volunteer with organizations such as the United Nations Association Southern NY State Division Young Professionals, IMPACT Leadership 21 Emerging Global Leaders Circle Mentorship, Black Women of Influence, Executive Women’s Forum, Avangrid WomEnergy, The Black Girl Project, and the International Association of Women, has allowed me to broaden my span of scope to impact the lives of women across the globe.

Learn how to build on your purpose.
